Strong Fathers, Stronger Families

Are you a parent who…?
Do you know a parent who…?

  • Is unemployed?
  • Is 18 years old or older?
  • Wants to improve your relationship with the other parent of your child?
  • Is interested in becoming a stronger parent?
  • Wants to become more economically stable?

Strong Fathers, Stronger Families (SFSF) is a program designed to help parents find jobs, achieve economic stability, establish healthy relationships, and make a positive impact on the lives of their children.

All services are free and include support finding a job and staying employed, parenting and healthy relationship education, child support case management assistance, financial education, peer mentorship, health insurance and benefits screening, and more.

Funded through a New Pathways for Fathers and Families grant from the Office of Family Assistance (a component of the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families), SFSF partners with local community organizations in New York City to support parents and parental figures seeking to find jobs and improve their relationship with their families.
